Tanakaya Sake Brewery Mizuo Okushinano

A small sake brewery in Okushinano brews local sake with the hope of bringing smiles to people's faces. Located in the northernmost part of Nagano Prefecture, an area known as Okushinano, a region of heavy snowfall, they are committed to producing "local sake" that embodies the local climate, focusing on the local water and rice, and working with the master brewers and brewers who live here, with the belief that "we will produce something that can only be made here." The basis of our sake brewing is to adhere to tradition while constantly making improvements and evolving to produce simply good sake.
